Short and honest: what data we collect, why - and what happens to it.
The data controller is the 100DAYS school (NIP 7011111913), Al. Jana Pawła II 27L, 00-867 Warszawa, Polska. For any questions about your personal data, write to office@100days.online.
Only what you leave in the forms on this website yourself: your name, phone number and email address - and, when you book a trial lesson, the date, time and approximate language level you selected. Your company name - if you send a corporate request.
To get in touch with you about your request: to confirm your trial lesson booking, answer your question or discuss a course format. The legal basis is your consent (the checkbox in the form) and the steps needed to conclude a tuition agreement (Art. 6 RODO/GDPR).
Requests are stored in a secure database on servers in the European Union. Confirmation emails are sent through an email service with servers in the EU. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for advertising.
For as long as it's needed to process your request and deliver your course - or until you ask us to delete it.
You can request access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent to processing at any time - just write to office@100days.online. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland - Prezes UODO).
The website may use cookies and web analytics tools (for example, to measure how well our ads perform). They cannot identify you personally and are used only to improve the site.
